Classification

Class	Description
District Groups	All EWSD teaching and learning. District-recognized parent organizations (PTOs) and boosters. All co-and extracurricular activities. All school-sponsored events.
Licensed Child Care/Municipal Camps	Municipal Recreation programs serving school-age children of Westford, Essex Town, and Essex Junction (i.e. Afterschool Care, Licensed Child Care, Vacation Camps)
Municipal Departments/Community Recreation Groups	Municipal Recreation programs (i.e. Enrichment & Athletic Programming) serving Westford, Essex Town, and Essex Junction. (MOU)
Municipal Governments	Municipal Governments (including duly charged boards and committees), Boards of Civil Authority, and Public Safety Organizations. For the purposes of voting, hearings, meetings, and governmental body engagement events.
Non-Profit Groups	Non-profit organizations (with valid 501c(3) non-profit certificate on file).
Other Groups	All other individuals, groups, agencies, or organizations can request facility rental where there is capacity.
